Combine With
Combines well with valerian, lemon balm or skullcap as a general relaxant tea. Take with skullcap for premenstrual irritability.
Directions for Use
One to two teaspoons to one cup of boiling water. Brew for 10 minutes, strain and drink up to three times daily.
Precautions
Avoid high doses in pregnancy. May increase the effect of MAOI therapy.
Notes on the Herb
Passionflower is often combined with valerian and/or hops in sleeping mixtures. It is ideal in anxiety states, PMS, irritability and many stress-related conditions. Suitable for children.
